Coordinate with vendors and internal customers, create/prepare files for output in a fast-paced, high-volume international work environment. Prepare and send quote requests to vendors; select best vendor for each project considering cost, turnaround and quality. Maintain an accurate production schedule of all active projects and serve as lead project manager for all creative projects. Manage the coordination and logistics for large and small mailings; familiar with postal regulations. With the latest programs and e-products, design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, invitations, ads, PowerPoint presentations, newsletters/alerts, invitations, electronic announcements and invitations, and many other printed and promotional items used by the firm. Develop and lead Creative Services training for all Marketing new hires.
