Experience Summary
I have always been an excellent student. Attended small Catholic elementary school where I was the captain of the academic team during the 4th and 5th grade. I then attended an amazing middle school, where I became Student Body President, captain of the cheerleading team, and All A's student for all 3 years. There, I received the highest achievement a student can receive for all 3 years. In high school, I played varsity volleyball for 3 years, was captain for 2, and received MANY honors and awards for my talent in the sport. I was an honors student, took AP Spanish, AP English Language, AP English Literature, AP Biology, and AP Calculus. I was an active member of the National Honors Society. I graduated with the Commonwealth Diploma, the highest degree given to a HS student in the state of KY. I am now a rising senior at the prestigious Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY, where I major in Biology with aspirations of going to medical school in the near future. I was honored to be chosen as a participant in the Summer Medical and Dental Education Program at the University of Louisville Medical and Dental Schools in the summer of 2012, where I received college credit in a course taught by medical and dental professors, of which i received an A in the course. I plan to graduate in May 2014 with a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from Bellarmine University. I currently work part-time through Hardin County Schools as a Substitute teacher. I have taught 2nd grade, 5th grade, 6th-8th grade, and High School students.
My Hobbies
I enjoy attending church, shopping, crafting, baking, and going to the lake.
