Experience Summary
I worked as a math tutor for grades six through eight at Kennedy Middle School, Atlanta, GA. I tutored students on a one-on-one basis and in groups up to five students at a time. I also worked for the Atlanta Public Schools, Homework Hotline as a Math tutor K-12 for 2 years. As an engineer I have completed many mathematics courses and have been good at math through out my education career.

Other Comments
I enjoy teaching and tutoring students of all ages. I really like to help my students find the curiosity that leads to a deep and through understanding of the world we live in. Many of my students have commented that I showed them that any one can do math once it has been presented to them in a way that works for them. I have never shied away from demonstrating a technique or principle to a student in as many different ways as is necessary for them to understand.
