Experience Summary
I am currently a senior at Sherando High School in Stephens City, VA. I have always been and A and B student. I currently have a 3.5 GPA and received a 1300 on my SATs. I love to help others out in any way possible. I love to meet new people and help them achieve in school so they can a have promising future! I have taken Honors World History I and II, I have taken College Prep English 11 and am currently in College Prep English 12. I am in my high school’s Marching band and Symphonic band; I play the clarinet and bass clarinet, and have been in band for 7 years. Band is a passion of mine and I absolutely love every minute of it. I have not had much experience in tutoring, but I have helped many friends out in many subjects. A lot of my friends like to come to me when they need help; they normally say that I am the first one that they come to when they need help in school. I am able to be able to break down stuff in any subject to where anyone at any level can understand. Both of my parents are teachers and they have helped me whenever I needed it and I have defiantly picked up their “tutoring skills”. I love to go into my parent’s school and help with their kids and help them teach every opportunity I get. I think school is something that should be fun and easy while you are learning, I don’t think anyone should get stressed about school because they don’t understand the subject. Everyone should have the opportunity to receive help so they can achieve their highest ability in school so they can further their education and be able to have their dream job.
