Brain based research is now proving what learning theorists have believed for decades...that making learning fun and joyful is key to helping kids more effectively cement knowledge. Before I even start tutoring, I make sure I get to know your child's:

so that I can make sure that our time together is interesting and engaging as well as effective. (I'll also teach you some of the key strategies you can use during homework time when I'm not with your child.)
