I have two Masters degrees. have been working in education for the past 8 years after a 13 year career in Parks and Recreations. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. I am fluent in Spanish, English and French. I was a Peace Corps volunteer in West Africa so I am very comfortable with other cultures and learning a new language.
