Experience Summary
I was born in Kuwait and my parents are from the Holy Land. I grew up in Kuwait and attended school there from kidergarten till high school. I worked in Kuwait International Airport as a transit counter assistant till the Iraqi invasion took place in August 1989. After the war, my family and I moved to Jordan and I lived there for 3 years. While there, I worked as an airline hostess for Royal Jordanian for 15 months. I traveled to the U.S. in Nov. of 1993 to go to college in California and then transfered to BYU, where I graduated in International Relations in April 1998. Years later, I taught Arabic to 8th graders at Renaissance Academy for 1 year in 2008. I also taught Arabic at Provo High school from 2010-2012.
