Experience Summary
I have been teaching children on the autism spectrum in the Leander Independent School District for the last 5 years. I have taught students of varying needs on the autism spectrum ranging from social needs to severe behavior and academic support. As a recent graduate of the University of Texas Autism and Developmental Disabilities masters program I am very up to date with current research-based interventions for students with autism. In particular I am experienced in Applied Behavior Analysis, as I am currently working towards my Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
