Experience Summary

My name is Katie and I am excessively fond of literature, poetry and especially Shakespeare. When I was 13 years old I saw Romeo and Juliet and have been a literature addict ever since. This is why I am an English major who is now a couple of courses into her Master's literature program. My dream is to one day be a professor of Romanticism Literature. My favorites are Jane Austen, the Brontes' and Shakespeare as well as the romantic poets like (Byron, Keats and Shelly) but nearly having my English degree has introduced me to others as well. I would love to work with you, have fun, help and prepare myself for a gratifying teaching career in my future! I hope to work together.

I am now several courses into my Master's of Literature program, and my passion is in English literature. I love the stories of Jane Austen, the Bronte sisters,(Wuthering Heights, Jane Eyre, and Shakespeare, as well as being well versed in poetry, I love the romantic poets like Byron, Keats and Shelly as well as John Donne, Shakespeare's sonnets and many others. Literature is my deepest passion and I will have a blast covering such topics with you!
