Experience Summary
23 teaching in Public Schools plus Portland Community College plus teaching in private language schools before that, teaching privately, too. I taught ESL, Russian and Art, k-12 plus college level. My students learn quickly because I am a native speaker of those languages and I communicate well in English living in the United states close to 33 years. I am also an Artist, my BA is in Graphic Design and I do illustrations as a freelance Graphic Designer. I do translation and did it for government officials, exchange program from Russia businessmen, educators, school Principals and University Presidents visiting from Russia, I did simultaneous translations of lectures and trainings.
Teaching Style
I explain origin of every word, students learn to pronounce, to read and understand Russian or Ukrainian Languages.
