Experience Summary
I have my Master's Degree in Education: Instructional Design and a Bachelor's in Business Management and Industry. I was Training then Senior Training Coordinator for the UMASS Donahue Institute in Boston from 1991-1998. I made a decision to stop working to be with my 2 children. During the time at home with my children, I was dedicated to volunteering in my children's classes and creating/directing VIBES at the Burnell Elementary School from 2001-2007. From 2010 to present I have been a substitute teacher for grades pre-k through 3 for the Bridgewater-Raynham School District.
Teaching Style
My main goal for my teaching style is to teach in a variety of different styles that addresses and responds to the diversity of the student's learning styles.
My Hobbies
I love to read and learn something new everyday. I love to cycle for exercise and be outdoors and of course love spending time with my family and our dog.
Other Comments
I enjoy working with elementary children. Their ability, enthusiasm and willingness to learn is heartfelt for me. My favorite words to hear are "Oh, I get it now".
