After a successful career embracing research & development, technical sales, product management, marketing and information technology, I started teaching part-time in 2000 before moving to Germany in 2003 where I taught data mining, knowledge management, project management, accounting, finance and IT subjects full-time at English-language universities in Heidelberg, Frankfurt, Karlsruhe and Mannheim.
