Experience Summary
After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, I freelanced food styled with recipe development for clients such as Sonic, Waffle House, Omaha Steaks, Yarnell's Icecream, and Harry and David catalogs. I have been published in Southern Living Magazine and Home Mechanix Magazine, as well as food/restaurand flyers and catalogs. I was able to use my Art Degree and the basic principals of Design with basic food knowledge to produce delectable print ads and video commercials.

I have taught Food Presentation Courses, Recipe Development and Catering through University of AR in Little Rock, AR. I get very excited too see my class groups pull off their assignments and present a beautiful table scape with delicious food.
