I was a supervisor in the teacher department. My duties were:
To made first contact with foreign teachers.
Set up and interviewed teachers.
Set up teaching schedule for both foreign and Chinese teachers.
Set up plans for teachers and students activities.
Help to control students in class.
I did English-Chinese translation for foreign teachers, parents and administration.
I taught English class to students ages 6 to 13, and tutored students in English. I Tutored Chinese students in both China and Europe
I was an advisor to the director for teacher’s problems.
I communicated to the parents the student’s progress, and any behavioral problems.
I made my own teaching tools, and created a teaching style that proved to be very successful in getting students to learn.
