I have over 13 years experience working on all PC hardware and software, also I worked as a DELL computers desk side support person for 2 years. I worked directly with customers on the phone and performed onsite service calls. I have a good working knowledge of Windows O/S, Dell Hardware support, Network Connectivity (TCP/IP). I also understand the need to be prepared to work under stress at times. I currently freelance computer repair appointments repairing laptop/desktops.
