Teaching nursing students is my passion. I am also completing my MSN from CSU in nursing education. I have worked on medical/surgical/ortho/tele floors with all kinds of patient demographics.I will teach you exactly what you need to know for NCLEX board, nothing more and nothing less. Will help you in overcoming your fear about taking computerized board test with confidence and certainty.I have been there and can feel how NCLEX board makes somebody nervous.When you see question on renal failure pt, you think about BUN and creatinine but its equally important to remember that as a RN on floor its very important for this pt to have accurate intake and output sheet.
