years of tutoring experience on on one
I am most proficient in Levantine Arabic (the colloquial Arabic of Jordan, Palestine, Lebanon, and Syria), although I also speak Modern Standard Arabic. I also have a great background in classical Arabic, and I have worked with IRaqi and Egyptian Arabic and am knowledgable of Moroccan as well.
I currently am a university professor of Arabic and have taught at Franklin and Marshall College, University of Texas, Beloit College, and Bucknell University, where i drew up lesson plans, led classes, worked on on one with students, gave exams (both written and oral), conducted entrance interviews for intensive summer Arabic.
My graduate degree is in Arabic Studies and my undergraduate degree is in music and international relations. I have taught music for 10 + years as well.
