Currently working as a Graphic Design consultant for iGov, Cranky Creative and several other companies.
As a Senior Graphic Designer at The Proposal Center, Inc. (TPC), lead in all phases of production including art direction, graphic design, and illustration for government and commercial proposals and white papers.
Prior to joining TPC in 2007, served as Senior Graphic Designer at JHT, Inc. acting as graphics lead for new business proposals and lead designer for the intranet website. He had overall responsibility for graphic design, illustration, web design, concept art and the development of the interactive online training program. Key clients include: U.S. Navy, Northrop Grumman, and Harcourt School Publishers.
From 2003 to 2005, worked as an Art Director for Echelon-Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences, developing interactive continuing education programs for web and CD-Rom. Supervising a full time staff of designers, he was responsible for meeting with clients during all phases of production, evaluating and executing quality control, interactive and print projects. Key clients include: Siemens Medical Solutions, Medtronic, Medpath One, and Florida Hospital.
William started his career at Walt Disney Feature Animation Studios in 1997, where he achieved the position of Assistant EFX Animator, Film credits include: Mulan 1998, Tarzan 1999, Beauty and the Beast (Encore Edition) 2002, Lilo & Stitch 2002, Brother Bear 2003.
Also worked at FOX Animation Studios with a
film credit on Titan A.E. 2000.
Mr. Haas has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from Ringling College of Art & Design in Sarasota, Florida and a Certificate in Design and Media, University of Central Florida.
William is proficient with Adobe Creative Suite CS5 (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Acrobat and Bridge), also Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Poser 3D Software. He has experience with XHTML,CSS, and XML.
