Teaching Style
I use the didactic teaching style, trying to keep teaching/education engaging and fun. Rather than talking AT the student, I explore WITH the student the subject at hand. Sometimes the round-about way is the most direct way to solve the problem.
My Hobbies
I love to cook and I'm a published cookbook author on food allergies (The Food Allergy Cookbook: A Guide for Living with Allergies and Entertaining with Healthy, Delicious Meals). I'm usually in the kitchen working out a new recipe which involves science, math, writing, creativity, the arts, ingenuity, and a bit of magic! I also enjoy all types of animals, but particularly love cats.
