Experience Summary
I am a current high school student. I am completely and have completed Honors and AP courses in Math, Science, English, Social Studies, and Language. I have previously tutored students in my grade level, lower grade levels, higher grade levels, and even college students. I have maintained A's in a majority of my classes, except Geometry in which i recieved a B. I am very understanding and flexible in the concepts of these subjects.
Teaching Style
I would like to get to know the person(s) that I am tutoring before we begin work. I want them to be comfortable around me and to be able to ask me any qestion with no hestations. I like to balance out their strengths and weaknesses so the learner won't get discouraged when facing something new.
My Hobbies
I currently participate in volleyball and track and field. I also enjoy singing, dancing, and cooking.
Other Comments
I am very flexible with my schelude, with the exception that I cannot work weekends. I feel that working with students near my age or younger than me is more comfortable for the student as they have someone that they can relate to. I am open to new challenges and working with multiple students at a time.I am also flexible with rates. Although I am a teenager, I have high goals for myself and I love helping others. I hope that you will not allow my age to cloud your judgement as my grades speak for themselves. Thank you for your interest. :)
