Experience Summary
I am a professional artist with a four year degree and a lifetime of passion in pursuit of the arts. I am also a substitute teacher and a part-time freelance artist. I am taking time from running around the world to pay off some debts and to complete my graphic novel. My professional experience includes retail, restaurant industry, IT, and graphic design work.
Teaching Style
Considering my own relative youth, the best approach would be to encourage them pursue the subject matter of their choice while also providing the foundations to do so on a more advanced level.
My Hobbies
Drawing (obviously), job-hunting, video games, longboarding, being alive.
Drawing |
This is one of my top subjects!
Proficiency: Expert
|
I've had a natural knack for drawing since I was a kid. I started really young, and developed and refined the skill in college. Now I pursue it as a career. |
Painting |
This is one of my top subjects!
Proficiency: Experienced
|
The main area of study in college art program that I was in was painting. As a result of many hours of study and my ability to learn things pretty quickly, I'm comfortable teaching the foundations as well as provide guidance. |
Sculpting |
This is one of my top subjects!
Proficiency: Experienced
|
Sculpting was my ongoing art elective. I'm comfortable teaching the basics and getting someone familiar with the tools and materials of the trade. A lot of drawing foundation comes into play in sculpting as well. |
