Experience Summary
My name is Garland Rogers and I am a degreed and certied K-12 techer with over 30 years of experience in traditional and non -traditional educational settings. Ihave worked with individuals and small and large groups. My ability to motivate, evaluate and create a learning environment tailored to the learner's needs has made my efforts successful and rewarding for both students and mysely. I can teach most any traditional subject, and have been equally adept with GED/ACT and SAT Preparation. I have also taught and tutored ESL students. Recently I've been working with S.E.S. providers to tutor elementary and secondary students in low performing schools. My skills and experiences have allowed me to assist students to grow and mature as learners and I Believe I can HELP ANY STUDENT PURSUE EXCELLENCE.
