Two years as a classroom teacher in Prince Georges' County. Location has a high population of Hispanic students and a wide range of ESOL students from about 25 countries. First year, taught 5th grade. Second year, third grade, having the opportunity of being part of the Chromebook 1-on-1 program in the classroom, being able to have a virtually paper-less classroom.
Teaching Style
Teaching developed with games, literature, and technology usage. Emphasis on grammar and writing skills. My teaching theories are based on cognitive, constructivism, social, and game theories by experts. Teaching adjusted to students' individual needs.
My Hobbies
Reading, play video games, writing short stories, aquaerobics, shopping.
