Experience Summary
I graduated from Sonoma State with a BA in English, Single subject emphasis. I am taking a year off before I go back to get my teaching credential in reading. The majority of my classes were geared towards the teaching of reading and writing and I feel confident in my ability to help students improve in those areas. I also worked in a High School writing center and tutored for the past two semesters. I love being around kids and helping them. Currently I live in Tahoe City, but am more than willing to drive to Reno or other areas as well.
Teaching Style
I have a fairly easy going personality, but know when to crack down if students are getting off topic or out of hand. I'm very approachable and happy.
My Hobbies
Love to be outside and be around friends and family.
