Monika Pobog-Malinowska is an award winning graphic designer with 12 years’ work experience in advertising, branding and visual communication.
She worked in Europe and USA for the world’s most acclaimed brands such as Coca-Cola, Procter&Gamble, Heineken,L’Oreal, Bayer, Sheraton, Danone and T-Mobile.
Monika’s background includes creating and managing a design department at Publicis New York (one of the biggest advertising networks in the world), where she worked as a Vice President, Associate Design Director. She developed concepts, designed and launched global corporate identity, packaging, websites, outdoor, tv and print. As a group leader she has been working on complex projects, schedules and presentations.
Before moving to USA in 2003, Monika worked as a Senior Art Director for Motive and Opus B in Krakow and Warsaw where she was responsible for projects that included re-branding visual identity for TV station, national campaigns for Zywiec (Heineken brand), Coca-Cola, Colgate-Palmolive and Nestle. While working in Poland she already received many international recognitions and was honored to represent Poland as a Young Creative at International Advertising Festival in Cannes, France. Five years later she received her Cannes Lion as a professional. Monika also was awarded prestigious Clio Award , D&AD Global Award, Addy Award and many other. Her works were recognized by The Art Directors Club New York , AIGA and featured in publications such as Graphis and Step Magazine.
Monika holds an MA (Master of Arts) degree from Academy of Fine Arts in Poland and Graphic Design diploma from Miami Ad School where she currently teaches design and advertising.
