My name is Faith Goldberg and I am looking for a position as a tutor that will continue my growth as an educator and tutor. I have been working in this field for 35 years now, and my comprehensive teaching and tutoring experience, along with my personal passion for life-long learning makes me a great candidate for this position. My Master’s Degree in Learning Disabilities was earned through Cardinal Stritch University and I would feel honored to help others learn and grow through this position. Working over the years with a diverse group of students, parents, and co-workers, has prepared me to be a valuable team player in any position available to me. In addition, I exhibit an extraordinary amount of stamina and can project charisma that captures the imagination of those who are listening to me. Qualities of dedication, high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction, and skillful execution represent my work ethic.
Teaching Style
If you were to ask my students and co-workers to describe me and my work, you would hear things like: “extremely fast worker, high standards for quality, dependable and always meets deadlines, very easy to work with, eager to help you succeed, a positive, entertaining and enjoyable person to be around.” I am consistently inspired to learn new skills related to creativity. The breath of my skill set makes me a valuable tutor as I can perform many different duties. As a newly retired educator, I am looking to continue sharing my love of learning with students in a small group setting. With many years of tutoring experience within the homes of students, I am an ideal candidate for this position.
My Hobbies
My passion for reading continues to grow with the passing years. Often, I read books by the same author until those available are exhausted. In addition, I train my German Shepherd on a daily basis. Exercise is another daily endeavor I make time for to keep in good mental and physical shape.
