Experience Summary
Responsible for management of Centers budgets of $3.1 million consisting of state, federal, and private grants. Duties consist of providing technical assistance to Center research and education staff. Interacting with local, state, and federal government officials. Developing annual operating budgets and review/update budgets as required. Administer operating budget for research, education and other Center activities. Coordinate fiscal activities with the UCSF Fresno Associate Deans Office to process payroll and other expenditures. Prepare expenditure and narrative reports for all extramural funds allocated to Center. Coordinate space needs and allocations with Director of Administration and Finance. Evaluate Center needs and make recommendations to Director of Administration and Finance. Set, monitor and evaluate staff performance objectives.
