Experience Summary
My experience comes from many years of Teaching, Training, and Coaching. My first teaching experience come form Douglas County as a substitute teacher mostly for the special education program. Next I have worked for Fairfax County Schools and for Fairfax County Program called SACC. My years in Richmond were with Chesterfield County Schools and Club Z Tutoring. My Last school was Meadowbrook High School in the Special Education Classrooms.
Teaching Style
A Calm, supportive, and structured formula for growth, with take away techniques. The light bulb moments are what motives the student to learn the subject at hand. Positive, upbeat environment, to encourage rather than discourage the students continued improvement.
My Hobbies
Cooking, baking, gardening, arts and crafts.
Other Comments
Good study skills are very important to have. If the student has poor study skills it will be difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel. There are a lot of quick fix tips that are helpful.
