Hello My name is Rachelle, I was a Social Statistics teaching assistant at California State University Northridge for 2 semesters. I graduated last Spring with my B.A. Now I have been tutoring in statistics for over 2 years! Rachelle Adrian graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. At CSUN, where she is known for her work as an ethnographer studying homeless women in Southern California,she worked as a teaching assistant for Dr. Winters' Social Statistics class for two semesters. She currently tutors in high school level Statistics, AP Statistics, and college level Statistics. She has been a tutor in this subject for over 2 years. Her students feel that they benefit from her lessons because she is patient, competent, efficient, and great at explaining statistical concepts in ways that make sense to them. She uses creative shortcuts and memory aids to help them know which formulas to use and when to use them, the key to getting an A in a Statistics class! She also has knowledge of how to use graphing calculators, excel, and SPSS for confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, and much more!
