Experience Summary
I recently graduated from the University of Wyoming with a GPA above a 3.0. I have a degree in Biology and a Minor in United State History. While attending college, I helped tutor several different students who were struggling in General Biology and Physics. I also have two younger siblings who I have helped tutor all throughout their high school and college careers.
Teaching Style
I understand that every kid is unique and learns in different ways. I believe that in order to be a successful tutor one must possess more than just an adequate understanding of the subject matter. One must also be able to understand the student's situation, have superb communications skills, and a great sense of humor. I also believe that a tutor must be friendly, supportive, and be able to make learning fun.
