Experience Summary
As a 2009 graduate of St. Petersburg College, I have teaching experience in the kindergarten through fifth grade level, in regular, ESE, and inclusion classroom settings, as well as additional teaching experience in middle and high school. I have taught students in both private and public schools, with a range of abilities over the past year and a half of my career. While earning my bachelor degree in Exceptional Student Education I also spent three years as a private nanny and tutor where I assisted multiple grade level students with homework and test preparation.
Teaching Style
Teaching struggling students enables me to provide them with intensive individual instruction to help them master basic skills. Although I am challenged to be creative, persistent and most of all, patient, it is the most rewarding experience. It is my goal to combine my range of experience with my ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic, intelligent teacher who will make a positive contribution to your child's education.
