Experience Summary
I am an honors graduate with a degree in Special Education and dual certification in Elementary Education. I am currently working toward a masters degree in learning and technology.
My teaching experience prior to entering public education included teaching in an international school (Qingdao, China)and teaching in private schools in the United States. I am experienced with helping students to reach their academic and personal goals regardless of any challenges.
Teaching Style
Because every child learns in a unique variety of ways, I incorporate a wide range of learning methods into each lesson. Tuning each component of a carefully crafted lesson to the needs of each individual student - is a juggling act that is challenging and rewarding to me. Intuitively supporting learning’s synergistic nature, I enjoy the daily balance of presenting new principles, while skillfully solidifying what has been previously learned.
