Experience Summary
As a major in Organic Technology I defended M.S. degree in Polymers, while as doctorate fellow I defended a Ph.D. thesis in Enzyme Engineering and Protein Bioconjugate chemistry. After many years spent in academia doing applied science research, I worked last decade in Biotech R&D industry and management. While in academia I participated in the teaching of Biotechnology B.S. students. I have participated also in the training of college Chemistry graduates hired in Biotech companies I worked for. Over the years, I wrote and published many scientific papers in English in academic journals. I have also CBEST test taken (CA requirements for substitute & other teachers).
Teaching Style
I love teaching and working with children, especially with under-achievers. I believe teaching through personal and individual approach using up-to-date tools like Internet resources is very effective.
Engaging children in learning how to find the needed information, exposing them to methodology of learning is productive. I would like to make a difference in student's life by example.
