Experience Summary
I hold two bachelor degrees, a BSBA in Finance and a BS in Computer Science, which allowed me to experience a breadth of academic classes and experiences. During my undergraduate years I spent three semesters working in the university math department tutoring intermediate and college algebra. In that position I both taught in the classroom and tutored students individually. After graduation I spent two years working with college students in a leadership and character development organization. I have experiences imparting knowledge in multiple settings to many different students.
Teaching Style
I love teaching especially those topics for which I have a passion. I also try my best to see the interdisciplinary aspects of particular subjects. Understanding that all learn differently I practice patience to ensure that the subject matter is understood. I enjoy employing real-world examples that can help reinforce the material being taught.
