Experience Summary
I am a Senior-level professional with comprehensive experience in P&L, operations,technical.I have a Master's degree in Project Management and have learned many organizational, computer, and business skills. I have also taught Special Education in Elementary grade levels. I tutored 2 Engineers that did not speak English and taught them to read, write and speak fluently in 1 year.
I also administered placement testing for Dr. Phillips Learning Center, as well as tutoring all grade levels in writing, reading comprehension, English, and language.
Teaching Style
I have always loved teaching, and even though I have been in the Aerospace business for the past 25 years I have always been assigned training. It has always been a natural fit for me.
I love to develop curriculum and implement programs. I would say the more difficult time a student is having learning a subject the more I want to succeed. I have taught Learning Disabilities and realized that every student can succeed. It is my job to find the key to open up the mind to find the best way someone learns because everyone learns differently. Everyone can learn!
