Experience Summary
I have always enjoyed reading and writing. In college and graduate school I decided to pursue studies in British and American Literature as well as English Writing. Throughout my education I have tutored students in World Literature, Mythology, grammar, and writing. I have strong grammatical skills and writing skills due to my high achievements in my studies and grant opportunities I have taken advantage of.
Teaching Style
I believe any child/student/adult can improve their reading and grammatical skills with help from a tutor. I am patient, flexible, and creative. These attributes and many more I will bring to each tutoring session to ensure that best possible outcome. I believe in using a variety of creative methods to help each child learn at their own pace, and that when an educator cares he/she can make a difference in a child's life. Reading and writing can be accessible to every individual, and I strive to make that possible.
