Experience Summary
After graduating from Strayer College, I had a very strong desire to continue imparting knowledge to students, as I had done in the past. I have earned a BA in Business Administration. I also have strong skills in elementary reading, grammar, spelling, phonics. I also concentrate in elementary math. Over the past 6 years I have tutored students in the subjects of reading, spelling, grammar, phonics, math, science, and history. I have also assisted in the completion of their class projects as needed.
Teaching Style
I enjoy imparting knowledge to students while learning with them. I believe that each child learns by utilizing different methods. I am patient, a good listener, understanding, and willing to assist in any way I can with your child's needs. My method of teaching is to use a constructive approach to learning. I believe that each child is capable of achieving their hopes and desires through the use of tutoring in order to strengthen their abilities to achieve further success. I can make a difference in the education of your child.
