Experience Summary
I have held positions as accountant, business owner,and executive officer in varied industries in both the for-profit and non-profit business segments. In the course of my work I have trained and mentored a variety of colleagues in addition to heading up human resource and training functions. I have written grants for elementary and secondary schools in the charitable/religious non-profit environment. I am driven by my passion for accounting and my desire to educate others in this challenging discipline. I also minored in American History and love to discuss history and politics at any opportunity.
Teaching Style
I love to teach and mentor others. I have a passion for business and accounting and I am eager to impart my knowlege and acquired experience to others. I would describe my teaching style as enthusiastic, patient, and most of all caring. I love to inject humor into the situation, which I believe makes the subject matter interesting and fun to learn.
