Experience Summary
My main claim of experience is in my field of expertise. I was the inventor, developer and subsequent supporter of my own product, which was the basis for the Company I managed and owned for many years. In that capacity I was perpetually involved in the training of new clients as well as the Company's own personnel. Aside from the teaching of the product, I have always relished the teaching of technical materials (such as Programming Languages)to newly hired personnel.
Teaching Style
My style has always been minimum lecturing by the instructor and almost exclusive execution by the student. This is achieved by the students' questioning and attempting to answer their own question, resembling a Socratic Method. This method through experience, has proved far more effective in both one-on-one and classroom situations, than other alternatives.
