Experience Summary
I graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Economics with a Business Administration minor. I started off as a Finance/Account major but switched after I took some economics courses as electives. With that being the case, most of my business admin credit hours came in accounting and finance. Additionally, I had credit hours in statistics and calculus as I felt that my time would be better spent in classes that would enhance my degree. During my college years I tutored students in economics, statistics, and mathematics. I currently work as a bank manager in town.
Teaching Style
I work best with older individuals. I feel that I can provide the best services to those in high school or older. As someone that works with the public at a bank, I generally have to provide information (sometimes complex information) to individuals from all walks of life. Sometimes I am dealing with a University professor and sometimes someone who never went to high school. My ability to translate my knowledge in different ways to different walks of life will be beneficial to anyone that I am helping learn.
