Experience Summary
I have earned my Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Technology in Wroclaw, Poland. For some more years I worked there, where I loved teaching students and doing scientific research. Looking for new challenges I accepted an offer to join College of Engineering at NC State University as a visiting professor. After a few years, when my contract expired, I got a position of Math and Statistics Teacher at Fuquay-Varina High. Kestrel Heights School in Durham was my next place to master my teaching skills at the HS level. I enjoyed working with HS students and being able to participate in their growth.
Teaching Style
I enjoy teaching and working with HS and college students. For me every student is a different young person, which should be treated individually, according to his abilities and style of learning. A teacher needs to be patient and a good observer to identify the talents and skills of a student and then use them to provide the best teaching service for this particular student. Building self-confidence and interest in the subject of study in my students are two important parts of my style of teaching.
