Experience Summary
While I have over 30 years of business experience, I have followed my passion and I am now teaching at SCC. My business experience includes human resource management, accounting (manufacturing and banking), and finance. I have been teaching/tutoring on a part-time basis in accounting and business for the past year. My students have rated me well and appreciate my teaching style. Many have commented that they have been able to learn the concepts and "do the math" in areas that they have struggled with in the past. More than one student has asked what classes I'm teaching the next quarter as they would like me as a teacher again.
Teaching Style
I love to learn so I love to help others learn. I have successfully worked with a number of students with various needs and levels of willingness to learn. I understand the roadblocks that are present and am able to break down those barriers and together we can work towards success.
