Experience Summary
My mother language is French. I studied German for 8 years and went to Germany to improve my skills. I studied English for 5 years, went to England and passed the Cambridge Proficiency Diploma. I have lived in France, Switzerland, Germany and England before moving to the States and been travelling extensively. I have taught French to adults evening classes in the German part of Switzerland. Last year I was a long-term full time French sub-teacher at the International School of Minnesota for a wide range of students, PS till HS. I am still a sub-teacher at that school. I am tutoring French and German.
Teaching Style
Being a French native speaker I love teaching "my" language at any level, from PS to HS and adults. At home I speak French to my children. I am very confortable with German too as I speak German with my husband.
Everyone has different learning abilities but I believe that given the right "tools" everyone can meet his/her potential.
I can teach from books as well as have conversation courses.
