Experience Summary
I got a Bachelors in Early Childhooh education and had the priviledge of ebing in the classroom the last three years of college. I feel the experienced gained as a student in the field, gave me the security to succees when I graduated. I taught kindergarten and first grade and I am currently working at an administrative position at an Educational NGO. I feel I have gained important skills and I would like to go back with working directly with kids. It is truly a vocation.
Teaching Style
I am an advocate of positive reinforcement. I believe all children can achieve their potential in different ways. Every student has a unique personality and strengths that can be used to develop their understanding and knowledge. The teacher has the power to set the environment and guide the student but it is in the opportunities and experiences that the teacher allows the student to explore, that each student strats to trace their own learning path.
Every day, every second, a teacher has a the power to change a student´s life both academically and personally. Being a teacher and seeing students succeed in their own unique ways is the most rewarding feeling. I am a teacher by vocation. Positive, encouraging, energetic, and nurturing.
