Experience Summary
I am a college graduate, and have studied both stateside and abroad. This has given me the opportunity to work with colleagues from all over the world and given me a greater perspective on education. I have earned my Bachelor of Arts degree and am currently working towards my Masters. Because of my masters work I am proficient at writing in a formal research style. During my undergraduate years I tutored elementary kids in math, reading, and art.
Teaching Style
I have enjoyed working with students who have all been at different levels in their education. I have found that every student learns differently and as a tutor in order to help them succeed you have to be able to quickly adapt your technique to fit that child. I have learned patience is key, it may take trying a few methods before finding one that benefits the student the most. I do believe though that most people learn best through experience, just discovering the world around them and through trial and error
