Experience Summary
As a college graduate at both the bachelorette and master’s level, I am a very focused on education of myself and others. I have a BS in Mathematics and ME in Environmental Engineering. Earning these degrees gave me an extensive knowledge of mathematics, applied mathematics, science, and engineering disciplines. During the last 7 years I have tutored taught classes for children K-12, and tutored many college students in various subjects such as algebra, calculus I-IV, physics, chemistry, geometry, and many engineering courses.
Teaching Style
Teaching has always been a passion of mine. The joy of helping others get a true understanding of course work is priceless. I love working with children of all ages, as well as collegiate students. I have an abundance of patience, multiple ways to explain single concepts, and innovative ways to help familiarize the student to concepts. Learning is essential to education, and education is essential for productive living. My hope as an instructor is that all my students gain understanding and an increased interest in the subject being taught. I have made a world a difference in many students lives in the past, and I will continue to make a difference in the future.
