Experience Summary
I graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate in May of 2008 with a BA of Science in Early Childhood Education. I began working for Mitchell Road Elementary in Greenville County in August of 2008 as a first grade teacher. I am still employed with Mitchell Road Elementary. My experience in the classroom has taught me many things, including different styles of learning in young children. I have had the opportunity to work closely with our reading interventionist who has helped me to reach each student in my classes in a manner that enables them to take the most out of each and every session.

I am a dedicated, resourceful, and goal driven professional educator with a solid commitment to the social and academic growth and development of every student. I am accommodating and versatile and have the talent to develop inspiring hands-on lessons that will capture a student's imagination and breed success. I have the aptitude to remain flexible, ensuring that every student's learning styles and abilities are addressed.
