Teaching Style
Based on learning and development theory, my teaching methodology is based on the individual. Because everyone comes from a different background and set of experiences, my approach lives in the idea that no two people necessarily learn or should be taught in the same way. The key to good teaching is individualization to the extent allowed by time and other constraints. I focus on practical usage and the thought processes behind the work. My method of student selected literacy practice allows the student to appreciate the intricacies of English through the lens of their own pursuits.
