Experience Summary
I am currently enrolled in the Experimental Psychology Ph.D. program at USC. As an undergraduate, I tutored athletes in the AD Cares program, and served as a teaching assistant for Introductory Psychology classes, as well as a supplemental instructor for Psychological Statistics. Since beginning my graduate work, I have served as a teaching assistant and instructor of record for Psychological Statistics (PSYC 227), and Learning and Memory (PSYC 400). I have extensive experience tutoring in the areas of statistics, geometry, algebra, and psychology.
Teaching Style
I enjoy teaching, and being able to observe how different teaching methods work for different students. I believe that the key to successful learning is a matter of matching a student's learning method to their instructional style. In order to do this, I work with my students by engaging them with comprehension questions and review work.
