Experience Summary
Professional experience started with enlistment in the U.S navy in the year 2000, as a helicopter mechanic for 5 years. After an honorable discharge I've been an employee of Florida State College at Jacksonville as an instructional assistant in math and computers. Following this experience I was hired as an Arabic all call interpreter with language line in Monterey California. This job had to be terminated for the required student teaching experience that only ended in may 2010.
Teaching Style
Good teaching stems from the belief that each student is a unique individual. To help this unique individual reach his or her maximum potential, the teacher needs to provide a safe and stimulating learning environment in which students can prosper emotionally, physically, intellectually and socially. This does not mean providing students with necessary information only, but also equipping them with tools that will allow them to seek, acquire and evaluate information. Students need to be emotionally, physically and socially equipped for their adult lives.
